We are looking for a part-time office administrator to assist in the daily office activities. This is a 10-15 hours per week working from home position. Tasks include but are not limited to:... 1. Preparation of reports and assisting in the preparation of RFP and estimates and all other business-related administrative requirements 2. Taking messages and returning emails where required 3. Process daily reports 4. Manage the company schedule 5. Preparing a list of materials and equipment for each job 6. Minor accounting filing Requirements: 1. Have at list 1-year experience in an office setting 2. Flexible (days and hours may change) 3. Reliable 4. Computer knowledge with Excel, Word, Outlook and internet explorer, and QuickBooks 5. Strong oral and written communication skills. 6. Interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to maintain thoroughness and accuracy while meeting deadlines. 8. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 9. Accounting experience would consider an asset 10. Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset. We are looking for someone professional, open-minded, quick, and reliable that wants to grow with us.
