This past weekend the @maidsofathena Grand Lodge awarded our chapter with the Dynamic Duo award in recognition of our strong relationship with our local DOP chapter. We are so grateful to have such a supportive DOP chapter and hope to continue working closely together to accomplish great things! The Hellenic Culture Club of Upper Canada College is hosting a fundraiser for The Hellenic Home for the Aged. The two homes in Toronto have reported over 30 cases of COVID-19 and several deaths. They are in dire need of aid. Funds collected will be used to provide the residents and staff, that are amongst the most vulnerable in our communities, with the required protective equipment. As members of the Hellenic community, we believe that it is our duty to help the grandfathers... and grandmothers that need us. Dr. Tsiordas, the chief epidemiologist of Greece, vividly stated the need to protect our seniors is of the essence because, We can not exist, or have an identity, without them.
