Guys, I'm not gonna lie - after my kids, this is one of my FAVORITE things on the planet right now. @feelgoodguru does it again, this time with a cold soba noodle salad - perfect for summer! All organic, all fresh, super delicious & hearty (the tamari-maple tempeh & shiitake mushrooms give it some serious oomph) - I usually eat mine in a single sitting but can definitely be split into 2 meals. The dressing is the incredible Sunbutter Ginger (tahini, lime, tamari, ginger, chili & maple), which you can also buy separately in bottles. I always feel full & full of life after enjoying one of these salads!! Decided to try an oat milk latté - beautifully poured at @cafecocoalatte - and am congratulatimg myself on making this decision. SO GOOD!! I'm also congratulating myself on picking up this Klean Kanteen travel mug, in which to enjoy said latté.
