Let’s start our fall off right! Learn the basic life saving skills in a CPR course or take it one step further and add the First Aid too! The option is to do a two day course with your company or there is an awesome blended learning option: online coursework at your own pace and then one session of all skills!!! Do you carry a Winter Care Pack? For these cold and blustery days you should have extra blankets, a candle/heat source and weatherproof matches. It never hurts to have these packed because you never know when you might need them!
