Tips To Maintain Proper Hydration: 1) Drink water aggressively and religiously. 2) Carry water wherever you go whenever possible. 3) Drink when you wake up.... 4) Drink throughout the day. 5) Drink extra water before, during and after exercise. 6) Drink before meals, limit the Drinking during meals. Limit water and liquid intake during meals to no more than about 6-8 ounces.
