Share my friends. The journey: 8yrs, 8 miscarriages,8+ fertility clinics, countless supplements and labs, ultrasounds, and many many hopeless nights praying for a miracle. Yesterday we secured 6 frozen donor eggs from an International fertility clinic. We have a week to send the deposit!!(3,500 CAD) I was really hoping the ICBC money would be processed by now from the car accident totalling our vehicle but unfortunately it could be weeks longer... Our failed fertility surgery in Sept left us financially strained (security guard refused to let me inside the hospital for my surgery because she didn't think anything opened till hrs later ) cost us 4,000 in travel and lost wages. And in Oct we hit ice and totalled our car AND then my husband lost his job due to the accident. I'm ready to beg, borrow or steal to make my dreams come true. Making the embryos is one Big step closer. I know Christmas is hard time to donate- so I'll be beyond grateful for any extra dollar. *Joe and I have begun the process to foster and adopt and we're also keeping our hearts open to a potential surrogate* *If we are lucky and get 2+ embryos I will attempt pregnancy one more time- if we only end up with only one Embryo- we will save it for a surrogate*
