Chers marins et bénévoles, Nous sommes déçus de devoir vous annoncer que la Coupe mobilité 2020 au National Yacht Club à Toronto a été reportée à l’été 2021. Étant donné les circonstances actuelles reliées au Covid-19 la santé et bien-être de nos marins est primordial. Dans les dernières semaines le comité organisateur et le comité exécutif de AbleSail Network ont suivi les développements, et ont imaginé des scénarios possibles, mais ont finalement pris la décision de report...er la Coupe mobilité 2020 à l’été 2021. Nous avons déjà commencé à planifier les activités pour l’année prochaine et on vous tiendra au courant pendant les mois à venir. On vous promet une Coupe mobilité 2021 extraordinaire! Pour les marins : ceux qui ont déjà payé leur inscription seront remboursés. Merci de nous laisser quelques jours pour organiser les détails. Réservations d’hôtel : Quelques bénévoles et marins ont déjà fait leurs réservations. Les deux hôtels officiels sont déjà au courant de la situation et vont travailler avec vous pour annuler les réservations. Il n’y a pas de frais ou pénalité. Merci beaucoup de votre compréhension. Nous vous invitons à écouter nos sessions de musique sur Facebook Live tous les soirs de 20 :00 à 22 :00, heure de l’est. Dear friends and supporters: We are disappointed to announce that Mobility Cup 2020 hosted by Able Sail Toronto and National Yacht Club that was scheduled for August 30 to September 3, 2020 will now be moved forward to 2021. Due to the current circumstances related to COVID-19, the health and well-being of our sailors is paramount. The Mobility Cup chairs and the Able Sail Network of Canada board have been monitoring and discussing for the last few weeks various scenarios a...nd the decision was finally made. We have already begun to plan the festivities for next year, and we will keep you updated over the coming months. We promise you that it will be an awesome Mobility Cup! Volunteers and Committees Any work and time that has been put in so far is not lost, and we will continue the online sessions and instructional documentation. Sailors Those that have already registered, your registration fees will be refunded to you; give us a few days to get that organized. Hotel Reservations Some volunteers and some sailors had already done their hotel bookings. Both host hotels have been notified; they have been very understanding and will work with you for the cancellation of your bookings. There is no penalty and no charges. The host hotels understand that the event will continue and so we will be changing the contracts and date on the booking system once that has been confirmed with National Yacht Club.
