Mobilityoga 20.05.2021

Love yoga? Love being outdoors? Mobilityoga will be offering yoga at the Toronto Botanical Garden this spring, starting May 17. We are offering two classes on Wednesdays, at 4:30-6:00 and 6:30-8:00. Kristin Michie and Kelly Piller-Tahy launched Mobilityoga after many years of playing other roles: mature students, corporate and professional careers, parents to children and teenagers, and children of aging parents. During these busy and challenging years, we have discovered the many benefits of yoga. We met while working towards our professional certification (Yoga Alliance Registered and insured) and have since completed numerous specialized workshops for teachers. We have launched Mobilityoga to share our passion for this timeless discipline. We believe that yoga is one of the most kind and healthy things that you can do for your body, especially as you get a little older. And what’s good for the body is also good for the mind!
