Happy New Year from Mobility Plus Physiotherapy. We are allowed to continue operating during this most recent Provincial Lockdown with our Health and safety procedures in place. We now have a virtual waiting room and you will need to call Jeanne on your arrival. She will let you know if you can enter the building. We will continue to monitor on own health and risks as well as ask all our patients to take a Covid risk assessment on the day of their appointments and wear a mask. We have a hand sanitizing station by the front door and our washroom is open and sanitized often so all of our patients can enter and leave the clinic with clean hands.

After treatment (needling) try changing your joint mobility, muscle strength and habits at home. Fewer repetitions(1-4) done correctly many times (10-20) every day is best practice.
