A message to our valued clients, As we are all feeling the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Modern Drainage Ltd. want you to know where we stand when it comes to our service to our community. ... We are here for you. If you're a homeowner or a property manager with a water, sewer or drainage issue, we're here for you. We are following this situation closely and we understand that life as we know it has changed considerably, but please know that we are still open and available for estimates and services. We are also monitoring the daily updates and complying with all public health guidance. The measures we are taking to ensure a safe environment for all, are as follows: We will practice physical distancing measures as instructed by health officials. Paperwork can and will be done electronically to avoid personal contact. Our office staff is working remotely but will still answer all phone calls and emails. If any of our employees show symptoms related to COVID-19, we ask them to stay at home and self-quarantine for two weeks. I would like to give a shout out to the Modern Drainage team. Our home, has had a dwindling water pressure issue due to a water mains pipe leak after the compl...etion of the Capilano water supply project and Modern Drainage were contracted to remedy the issue. So very impressed with their work ethic,attention to detail, the cleanliness of the job site at the end of each day and their constant communication. The field team of both Jamie and Colin are a pleasure to deal with and both are absolute stars. Nothing was ever a problem for these two guys. Modern Drainage have a really first class team with excellent quality of work, super efficient and I have absolutely no reservation in highly recommending them.
