And FINALLY I have started the nutritional information for the breakfast breads These numbers are not exact for each serving, as I have not perfected my cutting...some breads are slightly larger or smaller ;) Here is my original recipe, the lemon zinger! It is the base recipe for all the flavours, so each recipe will be close to these numbers. ALL of the breads are made with cannellini beans as the main ingredient, organic sunflower seeds, organic buckwheat (not a wheat!), organic coconut flour. They are all sweetened with honey and/or organic coconut sugar I will slowly be posting the rest of the flavours! Need a refill? Send me a msg for a delivery next Thursday
