In Mom & Baby yoga it's all about getting out with the wee one and landing in a safe, clean space in a supportive community . Mamas get to take a couple of ...deep breaths (a little bit of heaven), stretch out stiff and sore muscles, and practice a few strength building poses - all while connecting with their babes! And the little ones might get in a few yoga poses too . We laugh, play, chat & build new relationships while spending time with the littles. . Our next session starts tomorrow!
