Sometimes you need to take a break from meat and have a healthy plant based salad! Organic red kale and spinach, shredded beets, broccoli and carrots, avocado etc. with a locally made dressing with Apple cider vinegar as a main ingredient that helps encourage healthy gut bacteria and has the added bonus of being dairy free and low cal!
