We are so excited to share more details about our community garden, Grow For Change! Here are a few reasons we love the location, which is at the corner of Ghent Ave and Brant St. - The large space with amazing sun exposure is perfect for significant food production. - The location is easily accessible, making it easy for people to volunteer and visit out community garden.

This iconic spot is a Burlington staple! Visit @sunshinedoughnuts and treat yourself to some of their delicious doughnuts. They are currently allowing one customer in their store at a time, and are also available for curbside pickup.

It's time to celebrate Mom! Ireland House Museum is holding a virtual Mother’s Day Victorian Tea and Treats event on May 9th. With your ticket, you get a Victorian Dessert Trio, three samples of Monarch Tea Co. loose leaf tea, and a 45-minute tea tasting led by certified Tea Sommelier, Katie Cyr.

Our community garden project, The Grow For Change Urban Farm is well underway! While the land is vacant, this community garden will create a pollinator habitat which supports food production. There will also be a vegetable garden dedicated to supplying fresh produce to local food charities!

Construction is well underway, and we're so excited to show you our progress so far. Here's our team working hard, we're getting close to Slab on Grade which is such an exciting milestone!

Looking for a fun, safe winter activity that allows for social distancing? Bundle up and visit downtown Burlington for Bright Nights! Check out the annual Festival of Lights in Spencer Smith Park, the Festival of Trees at Burlington Performing Art Centre and walk along the Elgin Promenade for beautiful light installations.
