Day 60! Releases 16.8 lbs & 16.25 inches. 60 days ago I started the Epic Life 90 day Challenge. This uses the Good Food Real Results guide. What I have learned: *that I NEED to meal plan *Journaling helps keep my accountable to myself *that it's okay to have off days, just start back where you left off before ... *any meal can be balanced properly Goal for next 30 days *start moving more!
