This video Oh, how I love this video! The Crushers are a huge part of our carnival and to see the smiles on both the children’s and the Crushers faces are pr...iceless This video is also much more than The Crushers volunteering at an event. It’s about happy moments, smiles, laughter, living in the moment, celebrating life and remembering Molly. I am so thankful to The Crushers and ALL of our volunteers (over 100 of them!) for helping us create special memories and happy hearts for all who came out to play at our carnival. To all of the children and their families who came out to play at our carnival, thank you! Over the years we have watched families grow. It’s hard for me to believe that we now have young children come to our event with their parents who use to come to the carnival when they were children!! We are blessed that Molly’s Rainbows Carnival has become a family tradition I also need to acknowledge our many sponsors. We do not charge money for anything at our event, therefore we rely on businesses and organizations to to sponsor us. Without them, the carnival could not happen. I will add the list of sponsors in the comments so you can see who supports us and in turn, hopefully, you will support them The carnival started as a way for me to cope with Molly’s death by celebrating her life on our birthdays (that we shared). Molly’s Carnival of Rainbows is still and always will be an event to celebrate her, but it is now so much more. It’s also a day for our community to celebrate their lives and their families. And, although this was a difficult year for me to celebrate, as Molly would be graduating this year and milestones are always hard, I am glad we still had the carnival. If I can help you take away anything from the carnival it is this: Life can sometimes be really hard for many reasons. But if you focus on what’s hard, you will miss out on a lot of the beautiful moments. So, remember happy moments and think happy thoughts...life is beautiful See more
