Mini Action Monday It seems like every time I turn around it is Monday and so time to decide on my mini action. This week my mini action is to post to my business social media daily. For 3 months I had a wonderful social media manager helping me out (Thank You Kim and Erin at STGP) with my posts. I am happy to report I have learned the skills to do my own social media from now on. ... And there is the catch. I have to DO it; Ya, I have to take ACTION. So keep your eyes peeled. Now that I have shared my mini action I am more likely to have success. What is your mini action for the week? Share it in the comments. I would love to cheer you on this week. My literal pain in the butt. Being more active in general and taking part in a strength training program for the last 2 1/2 years has done a lot to settle down my aches and pains. But lately I have been reminded of what it is like to live with chronic pain again. Over the past few months I have developed sciatica which is proving to be a literal pain in the butt (and leg). I have sought treatment and I really hope it starts to settle down. It is not excruciating pain b...ut an annoying achy sensation that is very distracting. So I want to empathize with anyone else who is experiencing something similar. What I know is that I need to keep moving and do what I can to stay active. Decided to get a standing desk top because sitting is not my friend right now. And I used to be soooo good at it.
Happy Friday!! The sun is shining and it's FINALLY the weekend. It's truly the best part of the week! What is your plans this weekend? Yardwork? Hiking? Exploring a new part of your "backyard"? However you spend it, make sure you unplug, get outside and enjoy it!

Painting all done. Time to tidy up and decorate. Everything a work in progress. Ready to coach
Favorite go to breakfast. Eggs and avocado with green sauce on toast. Yum. #healthy eating #breakfast ideas
There is nothing like a favorite inspirational quote to get the ball rolling. The famous AA Milne Winnie the Pooh quote was on a sticky note on my laptop the whole time I worked through my college courses. Then I bought the stickers for the wall in the basement where I workout. My loving husband put up the stickers for me after I procrastinated for months. So the quote is a little mixed up but still has great meaning to me.
All set for conditioning day.
