Finding yourself plateau on deadlifts? Here's one useful trick to think about that'll hopefully help reimagine and visualize next time. We always hear "pull out the slack". What does that even mean? Most people interpret it as pulling the click out of the bar.. while that's true, its only half of it. Pulling the slack can be imagined as your arms being the lever, so if you pull on the bar not only should you think about the click on the bar but also pulling the slack out of your upper back. This will enforce thoracic rounding which will put your upper back in its optimal position to break the weight off the ground. Momentum Performances
