The NADSP is an American organization ideologically founded by John F Kennedy, Jr, who is famously quoted as saying "Quality is defined at the point of interaction between the staff member and the individual with a disability." NADSP certifies front-line workers, following a competency-based licensing, who support persons with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). As an organization, Momentum is proud to join this movement as we work together to support persons with I/DD in their communities, as well as the workers who have committed their lives to supporting them! #EnhancingFutures #ProudofOurWorkers
