Created as part of a team challenge, I wasn't sure if I would like the paper background I ended up with. In the end I'm quite pleased with the result. This is a bubble technique. Quite literally water, dish soap, ink refills and a straw are used. I coated the the whole piece of Shimmer White with Balmy Blue bubbles and then added Night of Navy to the water to create the multi coloured top two thirds for the sky.
