Looking for a Mom and Baby group to get connected with other mamas and babies in your community? Join us for 7 weeks of fun! We’ll meet virtually each week, and even outdoors if it’s deemed safe (following AHS guidelines). We’ll learn each week from local experts, on things like infant development, starting solids with your baby, postpartum wellness, infant sleep. Plus we’ll try out fun classes, like Mom and Baby yoga and music! Each participant will also receive a 1-1 photo session with the amazing Teagan Photography!

We couldn’t be more excited for our upcoming Mom and Baby program! The fun starts May 19th. We’ll gather (virtually for now), once a week for 8 weeks. We’ll bring all our favourite presenters and classes to you, online! We have 2 spots left open. Join us!
