Mommy Connections Saskatoon

Our Traveling Tots group enjoyed an Intellidance class at Channel Performance on Friday. There was lots of movement, music and fun to be had by all!

It was photo day for our Mom and Baby group on Tuesday. We were joined by Kerry with Kerry’s Photography, who captured some precious photos of mom and Baby. So often as moms we are behind the camera and not in the photos with our little ones, so we love having the opportunity to provide the moms with a beautiful photo of them and their baby to commemorate this time in their life.

Our Mini Movers group had so much fun with Heather at We Move this week. The moms and babies loved Music Together - singing, moving and making music.

Our girls really enjoy reading - especially when Addie reads to Izzy. They love all the wonderful books from @innercompassbooks and their new favourite book is The Word Nerd. They love Winston and all his fun words. Every time we read a word they didn’t know they had to look it up and see what it meant. They also loved the idea of word of the day and have loved expanding their vocabulary, just like Winston. I love the amazing message in this book - the power of words to lift people up or down and everyone has unique and special gifts. Kristin is a talented local writer - if you haven’t checked out @innercompassbooks we would definitely recommend it.

In Friday our Traveling Tots group headed to the Forestry Farm. The kids loved looking at the animals and the moms had a great chance to visit on the walk.

On Friday our Traveling Tots group painted some bird houses and planters! The kids did an amazing job painting!

It was a great class for our Mom and Baby group yesterday. We started off with photos with Kerrys Photography - with a beautiful spring backdrop.
