ATTN NEW MOMS: Spring sessions for Mommy'n'Me Fitness are now in full swing. It's a great opportunity to meet other mamas, get out of the house, work out with baby and pump out some happy hormones! Classes are available in Markham and is NOW AVAILABLE in Vaughn. Msg for more info or if you have any questions :)

Here's to a new year and a NEW you!!! It doesn't have to be a slow start just because you're a MOM with a million other things on her to do list! Put YOU FIRST for once and don't feel guilty about it! You deserve your time as well! Everyone benefits from a happy, strong Mama! Come bring your babies and get your workout on and meet other mamas in the same boat as you!
