We know everyone is facing some real hard times. Even on a good day it’s very challenging for some folks and communities to stay safe and healthy. But during this pandemic, it’s virtually impossible .... Want to say a big Thank You to our customer now friend Amanda Anderson for sharing her story about her connection to the Wasauksing First Nations and for shedding some light on the dire situation at the Wasauksing First Nations Reserve. I am so very HAPPY to report that w...e were able to raise $2,360 plus some other supplies and Amanda was kind enough to deliver the supplies herself!! Thank You to everyone that took the time to share and donate towards this GoFund!! We couldn’t have done it without each and everyone of you people. We’re still here!! The city has given us smaller businesses more patio space until the end of November. Happy to report our Patio is now set up and ready to be enjoyed!! We have 4 tables directly in front of the resto and we have another table on the curb side between the bike lane and the sidewalk which will also be available for use during this COVID-19 Pandemic. ... Although we are totally devastated in terms of sales. We still consider ourselves to be very Fortunate and Grateful for all the things we do have like family, friends and especially our health. The comments and reviews our wonderful customers and patrons leave for us is what keeps us going and gives us the strength and energy to face another uphill day. Thank you all for taking your precious time to say these kind and encouraging words!! We want to to say a huge Thank You to you all and wish you all peace and good health!!

We are still being devastated in terms of sales by the pandemic. It is what it is and we literally are all #inthistogether. We really really miss seeing and greeting our customers and patrons for sure. Without you there is no us. Someone else we really miss is our wonderful staff. So today, I paid all five of them a surprise visit and dropped off some groceries for them and their families!! ... It’s amazing that they have all been in self-quarantine for almost six weeks now. More amazing is their spirit and awesome attitude!! They’re message to me was, don’t worry, this will pass soon and they can’t wait to get back to serving all our wonderful customers. We are so fortunate and lucky to have them. They are all still very careful and they are committed to just #StayHome until it is absolutely safe for everyone. So HAPPY to report that they and their families are all safe and sound and all in good health ..... Grateful to see their smiles, just what I needed see to carry on and face another uphill day. Despite the situation we are all in. We will continue to stay positive and be pro-active as much as possible. Thank You all for your support in ordering take out and deliveries.
