Join the community.momondays.com ... momondays brings together the people who want to master the art and science of storytelling so that we can lead better, sell more, and change the world The Impact of Inside-Out Storytelling... What makes us unique is our ‘Inside-out’ storytelling approach. It’s a powerful approach that incorporates storytelling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), scriptwriting, classic speaker training, stand-up comedy, improv, and acting. No other speaker training blends so many diverse disciplines to bear on your message and performance to help you be as impactful as you can be. But more than anything, it’s an approach that aligns the passion and wisdom you have inside you, with the message that gets through to your audience. This is not storytelling just for fun, although it certainly can be fun and funny. This is not storytelling for entertainment, although it should be entertaining. This is not storytelling for introspection or therapy, although it almost always helps you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. This is storytelling for the purpose of causing change in our listeners; a change in attitudes, beliefs, or behavior. Sometimes we get them to change their minds. Sometimes we get them to have a change of heart. If we’re really successful, we change both. Learn more at community.momondays.com

August 13, 2020: 5-6 pm est On this episode of moTV, Emily Nichols is going ask Michel Neray questions about hooks & headlines in preparation for the workshop next Tuesday on (you guessed it), hooks & headlines... Lots and lots of questions, like, why are they so important in speaking and storytelling; how they help make you more memorable; how you can use them on stage, from behind a computer screen, in songwriting, advertising and marketing, at the dinner table and even at ...the bedside of your grandmother who has Alzheimer’s; how you can come up with your own hooks and headlines; and lots lots more. Don't miss this informative episode of moTV. Not only might you just learn something, you might even become a more impactful, more engaging, and more memorable storyteller! https://www.facebook.com/momondays/live/ https://www.youtube.com/momondaysvideo https://www.momondays.com/ PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL AND GIVE THE THUMBS UP ON YOUTUBE, AND JOIN/LIKE/SHARE FACEBOOK! -------------------------------------------------------------------- Emily Nichols is a professional engineer with a BIG heart (and a pair of safety boots in her luggage). Speaking from the stage or the factory floor, Emily inspires problem solvers to embrace empathy, build human connection, and lean into the spirit of creativity. The result? Lasting solutions built on deeper understanding, with a sense of adventure and FUN. emilynichols.tv Michel Neray is the founder of momondays -- the longest-running storytelling event in the country (we think) that is now in 12 cities across Canada.
