Gold Marble Wedding Cake I was so honoured when my daughters teacher asked if I would make her wedding cake. I loved working with her and her fiancé, they were fantastic. This cake is a white chocolate raspberry cake with extra hight on the bottom tier. The bottom tier I created a marble technique with blues and greys and hand painted in some gold. The top tier is all gold with a peony, berries, hydrangeas, eucalyptus and leaves I made out of sugar paste.... Congratulations Victoria and Xiaohui

From my sketch to the real thing. I love drawing out my vision and then seeing it come to like. This one was from my son's birthday a couple of weeks ago.

Cake 2 of my sons birthday weekend Cake 2 Blue Jays theme was again a S'more cake. The bottom tier was decorated to look like a jersey and the top was decorated to look like a baseball. I hand cut the Blue Jays letters and Logo and hand places those tinny pc's of red fondant to make the stitching of the baseball. The last 3 pictures are the table all set for the part complete with #7 cookies I made to look like baseballs and rice crispy pops

Cake 1 of my son's birthday weekend This year Ryker has chosen the Blue Jays as his theme, going away from hockey for the first time lol This cake he specially asked for a recipe I don't offer but just may add to my list..... a S'more cake.... The bottom tier is designed to look like a glove, top tire I hand cut the Blue Jays letters and both logo's out of fondant. The hat, ball and bat I hand made out of fondant. See more
