Monarch Pediatric Dental Centre 24.11.2020

Dear friends and families, As we transition into the fall season, our team looks forward to seeing you. Please note, we are still taking extra precautions with the presence of COVID-19 in our communities. This means: mandatory masks for all adults, limiting visitors to one guardian for each child, and longer appointments to accommodate our adjusted infection control protocols. Our hours are as follows:... Monday - Thursday 9:15am - 5pm Fridays - Saturdays 8am - 3:45pm Saturday appointments are only available in Burnaby and Surrey. We are closed all long weekends and statutory holidays. Take care, and stay safe.

July 2020 Update: Dear Friends & Families of Monarch, We are pleased to inform you that our Port Moody, and Vancouver locations will be re-opening on July 6, and our Surrey location will be re-opening on July 7th.... Our operating hours for the months of July & August: - Burnaby: 8am - 3:45pm, Monday - Friday - Port Moody: 8am - 3:45pm, Monday - Friday - Surrey: 8am - 3:45pm, Tuesday - Saturday - Vancouver: 8am - 3:45pm, Monday - Friday The health and safety of our patients, their families, and our staff is our #1 priority: - We have reduced bookings to support physical distancing measures. - We are donning additional PPE, installing extra air filtration equipment and are taking extra precautions between every patient, lengthening appointment times. - These safety measures have resulted in a temporary reduction in clinic capacity to 60-70%. Here are some videos of the measures we are taking: - In the Reception: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6t6Hx_UxhBk&t=10s - In the Clinic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlHzCgJjH_U&t=1s If you had an appointment cancelled between March 17 - July and have not yet been rescheduled: - We are prioritizing you, and working hard to contact each and everyone of you to offer you new appointment times. - If your child has an urgent matter, please call us and we will accommodate you as best as possible. If you have an appointment in July onwards that we scheduled prior to the pandemic: - We are reaching out to you on a week-to-week basis to try and offer you your existing (or similar) time slot, but please understand we are trying to be fair and also accommodate over 3 months of cancelled appointments. - You may be offered another time slot in the months ahead if we are unable to keep your original appointment, due to the aforementioned reasons. Most of all, during this difficult time - we hope you all stay healthy and stay safe. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Sincerely, The Monarch Team

May 28, 2020 Update: We are pleased to let you know that we are announcing a welcome back date of June 1! This next phase of our re-opening coincides with the mandate made by our Provincial Health Officer to expand the dental services being provided.... Only our Burnaby office will be open during the month of June (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm) 3. Dental surgeries under General Anesthesia will be resuming on June 1 4.
