Like many of you, we are following the COVID-19 situation very closely. The team at Monarch Homes wants you to feel safe and comfortable when visiting us so we are taking precautions to prevent potential exposure to illness. In addition to the regular cleaning regiment in our office and homes for sale, we will be using disinfecting wipes on all door knobs, handles, light switches, railings and other high traffic surfaces after every visit. We will also be providing hand sani...tizer (when available) at the front door for everyone to use upon entering and leaving. We are encouraging private showings for our homes by appointment with our office or with your favorite Realtor. Virtual tours are available as well - look for the links in our other Facebook posts. Our regular weekend Open Houses will be on hold for now. For those of you who have had to postpone meetings with us, or are waiting for an appropriate time to schedule one please know that we are open and can accommodate you in person, by phone or email. We are storing the children's toys and magazines at our office and will be mindful of our distance when we meet.
