We offer organic wheat flour bread baked in old fashion way. It contains Canadian Organic Wheat Flour, roasted sunflower seeds, brewed flax seeds, sourdough starter (wide spectrum of beneficial microorganisms), salt and water from Monashee Mountains. It does not contain any chemicals. Minimum order is 8 loaves. Bread can be or sliced (thin or thick or not at all ). Each loaf is over 2 Lbs. or 900 g of fresh dough. Our price is $7 per loaf. Organic flour is milled from pesticide-free grain and grown in soil only fertilized by natural substances. The flour is not artificially processed or chemically ripened. Of course wheat plantation is not sprayed by any chemicals including roundup.
