Purchased a Legend X20 with 150 hp outboard from them in late may. Got it delivered early june. When i took the boat on the water, something definetly wasn’t ri...ght with the boat. Altought i was a bit apprehensive about having and issue with my brand new boat from day one, I took it back the next day, on a saturday, expecting to have to wait for a few days for the issue to be fixed... to my surprise, they actually called in a mechanic on his day off and took care of my issues immediately! Within 90 min the boat was in and out and fixed up. Couldn’t be happier with the boat now. Everything from sales, to parts dept, to financing was awesome. They go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. Every time i’ve been in there, even with the covid situation, everyone is happy and greats you promptly. Big shout out to Maxime, Mathieu, Luc, Patrick, Eric and Gabriel ! A1 so far in my view. Sure some people could stay hooked on the fact that I had an issue with my boat at first, but to me service is everything. I couldnt care less about the boat that is covered by warranty anyways, its all about customer experience and these guys got it right ! Now if only to sold polaris atvs ... hint hint
