If you've never done this before, choosing a word to help guide your year ahead can be a powerful practice. By visualizing your goals, dreams, growth and inspirationsand the feelings and words associated to themyou'll be able to gain clarity and focus for 2021. Ask yourself: What would I like to see more or less of this year? How do I want to feel this year?... What growth do I want to see in myself this year? What inspires me? Next, visualize: What your perfect day/month/year looks and feels like The feelings and words tied to your goals, dreams, growth and inspirations Lastly, choose a word that: Reflects who you are today and who you want to be tomorrow Motivates and excites you Choosing a word might seem hokey, but it does work! Once you've landed on a word, use it as a guide for the year ahead. You'll be amazed at what all you can accomplish when you live with intention and clarity. Swipe through to see some of our word suggestions to help give you a place to start! And then tell us below which word you're choosing for 2021!

Welcome February! How many of you have a graveyard of unused gift cards somewhere in your house? How many of you go into a store with a budget in mind, only to spend more on your credit/debit card because the money was available to you? If you answered "yes" to either or both of the above questions, then this month's challenge is for you! For the next 28 days, we're challenging you to only use gift cards for your purchases. ... 1 Go through your monthly budget and narrow down where you plan on spending your money this month (i.e. gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.) 2 Search your house, car, wallet, purse, etc. for all your unused gift cards that you've received over the years. Do any of those gift cards match the the places you're planning to spend money at? 3 After breaking down what you need and what you currently have, go out to these stores to purchase gift cards to cover the remaining budget. By sticking to gift cards this month, you'll not only free up space in your house from excess gift cards, but you'll also free up your bank account from potential frivolous spending. Good luck everyone!
