I know this sounds totally freaking woo-woo. Before I got fired I would have so rolled my eyes at this and had a little chuckle, but hear me out! What we speak and think, is what we will manifest in our lives. I know, another eye roll and maybe a little chuckle that I am completely off my rocker, but it is true! Let me tell you a little story to demonstrate this! It was early 2019, my business was a tiny little baby and I had 2 paying clients. I found a course I knew I wa...nted to take and started crunching numbers. I was discouraged because I didn’t see a path to pay for it, because I didn’t have much money coming in. Instead of getting down and saying I couldn’t afford it, I started to plan out how I could. I had recently read You Are a Badass at Making Money and it inspired me! I was going to find a way! Then tax time rolled around. I had been on EI after getting fired for part of 2018, and had stashed some of it away because I was worried about taxes. Well what did I find when I got to work on our taxes? I didn’t owe for taxes, and what I had saved was almost what I needed for the course. I know a lot of decisions play into this and that even if I had said I couldn’t afford it, this would not have changed our tax outcome. I believe that if you choose optimism and the mindset of how can I afford this, for things that are important to you, that you will find a way! Have you had a similar situation on your life?
