Monica's Made-ready Meals

Thank you to all who ordered meals from me in 2018. I will be accepting orders once again in March. During the winter months I will be revamping the menu and prices so please have a look at what is new. I am looking forward to hearing from you from March 2019 on.

Good morning, I was asked what price range my meals are and I would have to say it varies depending on how many servings and what type of meal is requested. For a 2 serving it ranges from $8.00 to $15.00 My menu is on Facebook only and can be viewed on computer or an IPad under desktop view. Have a good day.

Well, it was time for a little change of menu. I have deleted a few items but added some as well. Pork Soup (I find it a nice change of flavor), Some lunch muffins - great for work, school, camping or anytime. Also chocolate-zucchini muffins.

Hi, I Just thought I would share a very easy healthy meal to make for supper. There is very little time spent making this meal. Mexican Baked Fish. 1 1/2 lbs cod (I used Tilapia) 1 cup Salsa 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (low fat) 1/2 cup coarsely crushed corn chips... Preheat over to 400. Lightly grease an 8 X 12 baking dish. Rince fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Lay fillets side by side in dish. Pour the salsa over the top, and sprinkle evenly with the cheese. Top with corn chips. Bake, uncovered, in the over for 15 min. or until fish is opague and flakes with fork. Serve topped with sliced avocado and sour cream if desired.
