March 15, 2020 Dear Parents and students In light of Covid-19 pandemic, I just want you to know that I will still be teaching, until such a time that I am told to close. As far as I’ve heard so far, as long as there is not a lot of people in the waiting area, I can stay open. I want you to be reassured that I am making sure all is clean at the studio. Will be disinfecting all door handles, chairs and tables every day. Please make sure that your child wash...es their hands when they arrive, and that their instruments are wiped down. It wouldn’t hurt to keep some disinfectant wipes in their guitar cases so that they can do that when they arrive at the studio. I will be using sanitizer in my office and the windows will be open in order to have the rooms air circulation going! I would ask you to please just drop off your child instead of waiting in the waiting room. You can wait in your car out front and I can motion the student to come in when the lesson before them leaves. I have removed the candy machine, for that must be a huge germ carrier! If the student is sick at all, please keep them at home. If you like, I can teach them via Skype that week as long as we can connect on a computer! If indeed we do have to close the doors for a time, I will just extend our lessons into June and possibly teach on line with Skype or Zoom if necessary. Know that I will keep on top of this and take all the correct measures to make sure we are all safe Please keep in mind that God is with us and looking after all of us! Just an update on lessons, we may have already spoken but if not we will! I will be teaching on line for the next while from home. It is in the best interest of my students and their families and my own health. I will be using Zoom and have scheduled all lessons on there. If you would please download Zoom on your computer and wait for my message or email I will invite you on for our lessons.
