Brand new staircase where there was none before to access a basement apartment that is now part of main floor apartment.

We had very little room to work with in this laundry room and our customer wanted cabinets with a quartz countertop, deep sink for soaking delicates and a fully tiled wall that they can install a bar to hang clothes to air dry ( to be installed shortly). Customer chose a 2x2 tile that matched the floor tile.
