I updated my product list on the pinned post at the top of my page to include lactose free cheese, and also added pictures and descriptions under the "shop" tab. Click on the item under the shop tab for more info on each product.

I am now offering LACTOSE FREE cheese. The Paradise Island brands are thicker, 400 gm blocks, and are $15 each. The Compliments brand is like my regular blocks, 200 gm, and priced like my regular blocks, $8 for 1, $15 for 2, $20 for 3, etc.

I was given the idea of smoked lobster today. Thinking it would be good in a lobster salad or a lobster roll. Just something to think about (from somebody who doesn't eat lobster) LOL Let me know what you think.

I have all 4 different sampler packs on hand as well as some of my different types of cheese. I also have gift certificates in any value you choose to offer as gifts for that hard to buy for person. BBQ season is upon us and any type of my smoked cheese goes great on a burger. It makes for a great snack watching your favourite hockey or ball game, great to take fishing, or use it in any recipe. Use your imagination. I also offer any of my cheeses in a lightly smoked option f...or a lighter smoked flavour. I have found a few types of lactose free cheese for people with dairy allergies. I will be adding them to my list of cheeses shortly once I confirm the different types available to me. If there is any cheese that isn't on my list that you would like to have smoked, please let me know and if I can find it, I will do it. I fully stand behind my products so if you have any issue at all, please get back to me for a chance to make it right. With the increased cost of cheese, I have been able to hold my prices so far. Don't be afraid to experiment when making meals. You can create a different meal just by changing the flavour of cheese.
