Types of Triangles - Binding a Book . . . .... . Drawer 3 - Extension Age: 5 years & onwards Previous lesson: Cabinet of Geometrical Figures The lesson gradually starts at the age of 3 and onwards. The Child will learn the geometrical names using the Three Period Lesson. *Right-angled scalene triangle *Acute angled scalene triangle *Obtuse angled scalene triangle *Right-angled isosceles triangle *Acute angled isosceles triangle *Obtuse angled isosceles triangle *Equilateral triangle Objective: * Control of movement * develop wrist and finger muscle control * concentration * fine motor skills * refinement of movement * eye-hand coordination * The child can have a further experience with geometric shapes. * Language - Preparation for detective adjective game. (The child can enjoy a good writing practice for the game) Note: * Allow the child to trace, prick, paste, write, and label the work. * This activity may take a week or two to finish by a child.
