Thursdays are about Therapy. Communications Therapy - is that a thing?!! Yes. We communicate with our hands, which you may have heard as touch therapy; think, a hug, a kiss, a push, hand holding... We communicate with words - no need to explain... or is there?!! Language is Soooooo important. "you are a bitch!" yeah, but what you really mean is "your actions today were so bitchy!" better still, switch out bitchy with mean-spirited if you like me have a gorgeous female dog whom you adore and owns her bitch vibe with such elegance!!! ... Yeah, communicate without spite. without contempt. But, communicate that frustration.
