Its cold and snowy outside right now so it seems a long way off but we actuallly start our "core" season Easter break which is less than two months away. So getting advertisers confirmed with logos and on screen ads needs done soon so we are ready. Our packages include ads on screen as well as logos on the movie schedules which are shared on our very busy social media. Advertise your business on the big screen! We currently have a few spots still available to have your logo up on the movie screen and your business link shared on our popular social media (over 27 thousand followers). All for a very reasonable price. We are only 9km from Regina in the amazing community of Pilot Butte. Due to the increased attendance in October and early November (even in sub zero weather), and due to the constant feedback asking us to stay open, we have decid...ed to add a winter set of movies! Once a month until the spring. An online poll earlier this month had hundreds respond. 93% expressed a willingness to keep coming to the movies over the winter. The Drive-In is a perfect covid-friendly way to get out of the house with your family. - you do not have to mingle with anyone outside your household - no concession at this time to help be more covid compliant (so feel free to bring your own snacks) - with a bit of investigation and preparation you can easily keep warm in your vehicle while the movie plays. (running engine intermittantly, warm clothes, etc). Hundreds of cars have successfully done this already at our drive-in this season. BUT WHAT HAPPENS IF IT SNOWS?? Well we are glad you asked! The great people at M&R Contracting Services approached us offering to keep the lot clear of snow before the movies (and after if required). And they offered to do it for FREE because they want to do thier part to help the community have more options to get out of the house. How amazing is that?! You should really go like thier page and communicate how much you appreciate them. (UPDATE... it worked! the listing is changed) PLEASE HELP! We have been trying all summer to get Google to change our listing to Pilot Butte. It has been beyond frusterating! Long story short, they want to "verify us" by sending us a postcard to the drive-in location. But it does not accept mail. We have called, emailed, even had a video chat with them. Still nothing.... Maybe if a lot of people go to our google listing and suggest an edit, it might help. We will need many of you to do this to get thier attention. It should take less than five minutes of your time.
