I made this tote bag early on in my creative adventure. It is made out of offcuts as well as part of an old leather coat. Looking at earlier pieces makes me realize how much I’ve grown and learned along the way. I am so happy I stumbled upon this craft, and little did I know that it would turn into so much more than a hobby. A Cask bucket bag dressed up in a gorgeous navy blue! I am in love with this colour combo, And the pictures do not do it justice it’s just stunning. It is currently on its way to California which seems fitting, I feel like it belongs by the ocean. The design of this bag is very simple, it has one large inside pocket, and the main compartment is very roomy. Featuring a vintage bolo tie on the front for easy access. Accompanied by a thick shoulder strap making it comfy to car...ry even when it’s stuffed! It is made with Navy Blue oil tan cow hide, and the black a beautiful latigo. It is has been hand sewn together with black stitching, and has a beautiful nickel buckle! Hope everyone is having a lovely Saturday! The sun is shining today and my oh my is it a nice break from all this rain we’ve been having! It also has me feeling thankful for my space, and my home where I spend much of my time when when the days are dark and gloomy. ... Thankful my home, and my creating space are one in the same, allowing me to be at my most comfortable while I make your pieces. It is not always easy, sometimes I feel cluttered, cramped and limited by my workspace. However most days I am inspired by my space, and am most thankful for it’s simplicity.
