Lady Flags season comes to an end... Due to today’s announcement of the lockdown the Mooretown Lady Flags Girls Minor Hockey Association has reluctantly decided to shut down the remainder of its 2021 minor hockey season. We appreciate all the players, parents, coaches/managers support throughout this season and look forward to being back next season, hopefully with some normalcy. Special thanks to the Mooretown arena staff and council for keeping the ice in for us this long ...into the year. We will be in touch with everyone about refunds, they will be provided by April 11th, once jerseys are returned. We tried to do everything we could this season to get some hockey for all our kids and feel we that we succeeded in the environment we are working through. Thank you everyone for your patience and support and what turned out to be a very different year, we had hoped to transition into orange and prolong the season into mid April, and this isn’t how we’d hoped to end the season. However, we are hoping everyone stays safe and healthy and can’t wait to see everyone back at the ice next season! Thanks again to everyone, Mooretown Lady Flags Board of Directors

A BIG Thank You & Welcome New Board Members! We would like to take this opportunity to say a BIG thank you to two individuals who have played instrumental roles on our board and in the growth of the Lady Flags Girls Hockey Association. Kevin Slater and Andrea Lane have passed on the torch in their respective roles as we begin to plan the 2021 / 2022 season. Kevin will move into the Past President position and Andrea will be transitioning out of the Treasurer position, and co...ntinue to support as the Interim Director of Risk Management. We cannot thank you both enough for all you have done for girl's hockey in Mooretown! We would like to welcome our new Lady Flags President, Amanda Ross! Amanda has been on the board for the last year heading up our COVID protocols and we are excited to see her step into this new role! We would also like to welcome Jeremy Buchner to the board as our new Treasurer. We are looking forward to all you have to offer in this position! A tournament that many of girls have had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Gretzky, he always took the time to speak to each one of them.
