It's Pansexual Pride Day a special day to go out of your way to celebrate and uplift our Pan friends! "Discovering my pansexuality meant discovering my self worth. I had spent so much time vacillating between a few identities that didn't quite seem to fit me, and the energy that took began to take its toll on my mental health. When I discovered the meaning of pansexuality, I knew I had found that thing I was missing. It not only brought me community, but a sense of self and confidence that I had been missing. Pan people are real, visible and here to stay. Tucker Hull Learn 9 things Pan folk want you to know here: https://www.huffingtonpost.ca//things-pansexual-people-wan

We each have a responsibility to promote safe practices that protect children, young people and vulnerable persons from harm, abuse and exploitation. Let's talk about it and learn together from an LGBTQ2+ perspective in this virtual workshop with Taylor Carlson from Moose Jaw Pride and the Saskatchewan Pride Network. In this workshop we will discuss the law, terms and definitions, LGBTQ2S+ experiences and perspectives, the philosophy of child and vulnerable person protection ...and your obligations to children, young people and vulnerable persons as a caregiver, responsible adult or LGBTQ2+ supporting organization. We will also discuss best practices for events, programs, facilities and venues for organizations. Participation is by donation or free for LGBTQ2+ facing organizations. When you click "Going" we will know to send you a message with details on how to participate.
Thank you for creating and sharing these #TransgenderAwarenessWeek information cards, Arcas Advertising. They are a great example of how local businesses can use their talents to demonstrate allyship with Trans people and families. #transvisibility #youbelonghere
