Moose Sweats will be CLOSED on July 1st for Canada Day. without a tractor trot and everything else close we will be too. I have a rack of sale items in the store this year. Also a note to my great customers.....don't come into the Landing on Saturday if you don't have too....last Saturday it was crazy with car parked anywhere they could ...on the road....sideways in front of the store. I was told that we on the island are too militant because of our signs and our mask wear...ing. She went on and on I finally told her that if you think this is militant just say something about our hospital and then you see would see militant. She was the third person to have an option about the islands response ....she was travelling from Toronto area. So thanks so much for wearing your masks and taking care of all of us on St. Joseph Island. Have a wonderful Canada Day and keep safe. See more

It's been a busy few days here, but progress continues. Clearing out some of the tulips and watching them slowly fade away feels a bit like Christmas did as a c...hild; a measured build up of frenzied excitement and anticipation, followed by the inevitable "let-down" when something you looked forward to inevitably comes to an end. While there are still plenty of tulips left to be had, it's time to move on and focus on what's next. With that being said, I wanted to let you all know that the bouquet subscription is now available for sign-up on the website (www.pollenation.ca). If you prefer to subscribe directly with me, using e-transfer, simply send an email to [email protected] or message me here, and I'll add you to the list. Availability is limited to ensure that subscribers receive the "best of" what's in season at any given time. You can read all about how the subscription service works on the website; if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. As I have a LOT of tulips left I wanted to mention that there are a couple of options for those who sign up for subscription service this coming season: 1) Substitute one of your summer bouquets for an immediate tulip bouquet delivery, or 2) additionally, purchase tulips at a discounted rate of 15/$25 or 30/$45.
