We actually started offering Lactose Free Cheese nearly 2 years ago, but for all the new residents of the Cowichan Valley we wanted you to know we team up with Paradise Island Cheese and use their excellent lactose free cheese. Please know that this isn't vegan cheese. We try to accommodate all our customers. And yes! we do have gluten free crust. ... Only Moo's Pizza would love this great image! It's a lovely day today. To ensure you are always seeing as many posts as Facebook's Algorithms will allow, please do the following: - If you are already a Follower, you don't have to do anything. - If you are a Fan, you will want to become a Follower. It's Moo Monday and here is our usual reminder that we sell our large #deliciouspizzas for the medium price. As always, we remind you to order early......Moo Mondays are always popular. We thought today that we might remind everyone that our strict COVID 19 rules remain in place as the second phase of the COVID crisis continues to grow. We have 'contactless' delivery. That means that if you'd like delivery, we need you to phone in advance to order, we'll need your credi...t card card or we can do etransfer. When your handmade pizzas arrive, we will call you and let you know that we've left the pizza (s) outside your door or stoop or patio or whatever works. Let us know where you would like it delivered! We will phone/text you to ensure you know it's there. Something that has been an issue with this contactless delivery is tipping. Ideally, if you want to tip, you should add to your order when you phone in. We also, of course, have pick up services for your pizza. You need to phone in advance, please and thanks. There is no opportunity to just drop by and sit inside and order. Like delivery pizza, we need either a credit card or debit which can be paid at time of pick up. We will give you an approximate time for pick up. When you arrive, please call us at 250 743-2811, we will confirm we see you, and will bring out your pizza. Best to stay in your car until we come out. For pick up, please wear your mask. If you do not have a mask please make sure you remain 6’ away and we step out of the way for you to grab your pizza. Sorry for this long post. We know many of you are fully familiar with our routine. We have been strictly following these rules since April last year.

We are closed on Tuesdays but we will be open on these days over the Christmas Holidays. Don't worry! We will post again a few times before December 23rd. Just to be clear, please know that we WILL be open December 28th for Moo Monday, closed on Tuesday, December 29th, open December 30 and December 31 all from our usual 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. We are open on January 1 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and then back to our usual hours. We are still closed Sundays and Tuesdays. Let's hope 2021 and the vaccine will let us get back to normal!

As all Moosters know, every Monday we offer all Large Pizzas (yes, every type of pizza in the large size) for the price of a medium pizza. If we do say so, it's a very popular promotion! No, Canada didn't win last night's Junior International Hockey Game but the team did go 6 games straight with only 2 goals against. And, you know, a Silver Medal against the best teams in the world ain't chopped liver! There is no Chopped Liver in our popular Buffalo Chicken Pizza. If you like a little spice, it's Ranch Sauce, Spicy Buffalo Chicken, Banana Pepper, Onion, and yes! BAC...ON! Many of you may have known that a very Grinchy person/people stole the Moose that sits on the corner just north of us at Trans Canada Hwy and Hutchison Road. No, not a real Moose! A lighted one that kids loved to watch for as they drove past. Well! With Santa’s blessings, the Moose has come back.....with a written apology! And a tiny little dog was found after being lost in Cowichan Bay after just 4 days in Canada from Korea. She was gone nearly 2 days and friends, neighbou...rs, and strangers looked and looked. Thanks to all that help and the expertise of FLED that little dog is back with her forever home! We just thought we would share a few good local stories.

We feel very good to be included in the awesome list of locally owned and operated restaurants from The Lion Rampant Scottish Pub. Every single one of us are working hard to stay afloat while staying safe for our customers and employees. Many are coming up with just amazing Take-Out options and frozen options and all locally made. And there are others! If you are out Maple Bay way, those burgers at The Lion Rampart Scottish Pub look pretty outstanding!
