That’s a wrapon Christmas 2020 at Moreno’s! What a great past few days with staff and customers. I always enjoy this time of year so much. All of our regular customers that come in every year I love to see your faces and chat with you. Christmas is very different this year but people’s Christmas spirit was at its best. Thank you to my staff for the wonderful surprise gift basket and kind words that you wrote to me, it means so much. Lastly to my mom, the curly hair lady, the cookie lady, the crazy bun lady, the lady the kids all love and most important the face of Moreno’s for the past thirteen years, Thank you for all you do. This is her last Christmas at Moreno’s as retirement is coming in spring, the staff and customers will miss you

We are sad to announce the sudden passing of one of our beloved employees, Shirley, or better known to us as Shirls. Shirley has been a baker at Moreno’s for the past six years. She was famous for her extra long and cheesy cheese sticks, stealing the breads ends, and toasting them for her snack with extra chipotle mayo, dancing to 80’s music and for always making the employees their special buns and croissants. She looked after everyone, she was a beautiful person inside and out, many thought of her as there work mom. We will miss her terribly, there is a huge hole left behind. Our hearts go out to her familyWe will miss you Shirls
