Currently reached a new or of 225 for 2 reps, I am currently working on my range of motion by including multiple reps of box/bench squats to my routine to help increase my passive range of motion & allow me to eventually get more full reps in. What are you currently squatting and what’s a goal you have this month ?
Motivation of the day; you are what you tell you self you are. The only limits you will ever have are the limits you create for yourself. Today I am focusing on drinking 5L of water, what’s a small goal you have today?
