Another awesome client recomp via CARB CYCLING Shoutout to my friend and client @jasstrickland7 for her continued progress working with me over the last few months Jasmine has been prioritizing building lean muscle in her lower body while improving body composition and we’ve been able to do exactly that with strategic carb cycling. Jasmine eats fairly high calories on her lower body training days to fuel those workouts so she can continue to progress on that area. Absolutely awesome GLUTE transformation from my client @nikkinicole709 over the last 6 months working together This progress started with 4.5 months of offseason work where Nikki was eating over 4000 calories a day for a long period of time and training legs 2-3x weekly with a STRONG focus on progressively overloading exercises week to week. Squats, lunges, hip thrusts, stiff leg deadlifts, sumo squats, and cable kick backs... Every single week with the intention of pro...gressing! The picture on the right is after 8 weeks of prep since the end of the offseason phase, unveiling just a little bit of the work that’s been done. Shoutout to my guy @carsonanthony6 for dropping 15lbs over the last 8 weeks working with me The key to Carson’s success was not only sticking to the diet and cardio regime I prescribed him but also BUSTING ass in the gym and striving to keep his weights up and go for those extra HARD reps on each and every set in the gym. Rob has done an amazing job of recomping his physique by pushing body fat down low during cutting phases and properly reverse dieting out of those cutting phases into muscle building phases. ... I’ve posted @davepardy a few times already and with good reason! This man is an absolute work horse of a client doing everything I ask of him and MORE, week in week out. His results more than speak for themselves! Left pic: 275lbs Right pic: 241lbs for a total of 34lbs lost in 17 weeks! Pretty clear to see Dave has also gained lots of muscle throughout this process and his continuous strength gains prove that. ...
