Thank you for your continued cooperation during this difficult time. We have been able to re-evaluate the Club’s standings and with the graciousness of some of our suppliers and accounts, we are able to defer some of our current season expenses. This was not an option a week ago. We are extremely grateful to those who have been able to assist in recommendations and actions to help us during this unprecedented time. These deferrals still need to be paid eventually, and MMS bo...ard is looking at every avenue to settle all accounts as soon as possible, however the Club will remain in a deficit in the meantime. As a result we have now been able to remove the admin fee from this year’s refunds due to the COVID-19 season postponement. For those who have already requested a credit and would like to change to a refund, please refill out the form for a refund. Full mailing address is required for all requests. https://forms.gle/rD7kGjiWqsxEKYXw6 We are, for the majority, a new board. We have worked tirelessly to revamp the club towards the future. Behind the scenes we have been rebuilding MMS into an association, which will allow our members to benefit from the grants and subsidies that associations are eligible for. All players, coaches and members would benefit. There have been numerous policy changes and updates through all levels of the club that will enable us to move forward to be a more open, transparent and all-encompassing soccer association. Our Players’ development while maintaining a sustainable community soccer club, remains our highest priority. During this transition and unprecedented Global Pandemic we ask for your continued patience and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us via email at [email protected] Thank you, Board of Directors Morinville Minor Soccer Any comments that infringe on Social media bylaws or not related to MMS/TCSA/ASA will be removed.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and unknown timelines Morinville Minor Soccer will be temporarily cancelling our Outdoor Season until further notice. For the cancellation we will be offering the following two options: partial refund or registration credit. Registrations credits will stay on file and be available for any future registrations. Credits are not locked to a specific player. ... Partial Refunds are a result of a non-refundable admin fee: -U4 and U5 $20 admin fee deducted from the total amount paid per player -U7 to U17 $35 admin fee deducted from the total amount paid per player As a non-profit community sport association we do not hold a financial surplus. The 2020 Outdoor Season expenses were already incurred at the time of registration and not as a result of the COVID-19 situation. The Refunds will be processed by cheque only and may take up to 6+ weeks to process due to the current COVID-19 situation and limitations. This processing time is outside of our control. The deadline of the options will be open until 01 May 2020. After this date will automatically be a credit. Any formal Refund Requests that were submitted and received BEFORE 10 April 2020, will be processed separately. Refund requests by Facebook comment are not considered as submitted. This form will be the only accepted form of request going forward. Your patience and cooperation during this time is greatly appreciated, thank you. Nicole President Morinville Minor Soccer
