Finally had the chance to crack open this beautiful beer. Well balanced and coffee forward just the way we like it. We roasted our Brazil Cerrado Mineiro for this collaboration between @thirdmoonbeer and @5ebaron. Happy belated to the both of you!

Today we begin our process of creating a delicious profile for the forward lottery competition hosted by forward coffee. On Tuesday, we will bottle cold brew of each of today’s two roast profiles. Each profile will have a limited amount of bottles available that will be marked by different coloured bottle caps. We want to share with you these delicious coffees we get to experience as part of this fun competition. Available on the website for $5 per 330 ml bottle.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new website. We wanted to give you a site that was easier to navigate and purchase our We are now offering a $10 flat shipping rate across Ontario. We are now offering our espresso roast profiles. ... Since we started back in 2016, we only offered filter/omni style roasts through our website. Over the last several years we have been fine tuning our coffee stout roast profiles used for the various collaborations with local micro breweries. These roasts also make for a great espresso and now they are available online. We also have plans to offer our cold brew concentrate on our website this spring!

We waited long for the release of Wishing Well 2020 and it was well worth it. We worked on the roast profile for our good friends @fairweatherbeer to go along with this expertly crafted yearly release. It’s decadent, balanced and super delicious. Go grab a bottle or two while you still can.

We really love a really good coffee stout and this coffee stout collaboration with @rainhardbrewing is really good. The cold brew concentrate used was made using our Peru single origin coffee. The coffee was roasted to highlight the chocolate and caramel notes while allowing for sweet fruit undertones
