Has anyone tried cooking bacon like this? I’ve never heard of this but then again, I don’t get out much these days. Thanks for sharing Anita Madigan
I’ve been asked numerous times what comes with 1/2 of a pig. So, here is a visual. This 1/2 was one of the larger ones that we’ve had to date. Sausage, chops, roasts, bacon, hams & ribs. In this case they also opted to have some ground pork added into the mix. This should feed the family for a couple of meals!
Our bacon cooked in an air fryer! I’ve never personally tried this but thanks for submitting Marilyn Harding! Keep sharing pics with cooking methods and recipes for all of us to try.
I’m thinking of adding sausage patties to my list of products. These would be ideal for breakfast or just throw them on the bbq and have them on a hamburger bun. What does everything think? Yay? Nay? If so, any suggestions on flavours? Maple? Plain? Honey garlic? Looking for feedback please!

Spring has sprung so get the BBQ fired up! A good selection of packaged meat is currently in inventory. Sausage, ribs, hams, bacon, chops ... I keep some in stock each month. For those looking to fill their freezer for the summer, a 1/2 pig is now available for May, and a 1/2 in June. Limited spots remain available in July and August and the Fall is starting to book up (September is already full). If you or someone you know is interested, don’t wait!
More pics which I enjoy receiving. One of our shoulder roasts, placed on the smoker for 9.5 hours covered in a dry rub of brown sugar, onion and garlic powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, pepper and sea salt. Looks delicious! Thanks to my brother Greg Morris for sharing!
